Developath specializes in professional coaching, but also offers consulting services, business training, professional facilitations and speakers for events.  

The professional coaches are certified through the International Coaching Federation, and have years of experience coaching  those who have recently entered the workforce to senior management and executives.

The consulting services range from short week-long engagements to multiple month engagements, depending on the scope of the service.  The team has a vast array of business backgrounds, ranging from technology implementations to project management, from change management to people development.

Training sessions are also offered through Developath.  The team provides training in the project management field, the Agile space, Design Thinking, Change Management, Six Sigma, Coaching and more.

Developath uses the methodologies of the Technology of Participation (Top) to facilitate sessions with groups and teams .   Whether you need an experienced person to design and facilitate a strategy session, a focused workshop, a session to develop consensus or create an action plan, we can assist.

Finally, we can provide speakers for your in-person or virtual events.  Our team has experience speaking to various sized audiences on a number of topics, from project management to Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
